If you are looking to play competitive golf, please consider the Phalen Men's Golf League. Phalen has over 100 members and this year alone will run 51 official club events. If you are sitting on a waiting list for a golf club, wait no longer, as we currently have no waiting list and are open to new members.
Your membership in PPMGC gives you many benefits, the most important being the preferred tee times for Saturday and Sunday mornings. Unlike many golf clubs, we tee off in a block of tee times from 7:00AM until all of our groups are on the course.
As a member of our club you are also an associate member of both the MGA and the MPGA. This makes you eligible to play in events sponsored by those organizations. You also receive a GHIN number and bi-weekly handicap updates based on your entered scores.
Senior Men's Club
The Phalen Senior Men's Golf
Club is an 18-hole golf club that has been organized to allow any man 50 years
of age or older to join, enjoy and participate in scheduled weekly events.
The
golf season starts the first Tuesday in May and concludes the last Tuesday in
September. Tee times are 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Annual membership is $35.

Women's Club
Phalen Women's Golf Club was formed 78 years ago by a group of women brought together by their love of the game. The club has evolved over time but it is still a group of women who are passionate about golf.
Weekly events are played Wednesday through Sunday with reserved morning tee times for a 22-week season. USGA handicap and Rules of Golf are used for weekly competitions. Membership dues for 2012 are $75 (with an optional additional $5 for Hole-in-One insurance). Dues include membership in the Minnesota Golf Association, provision of a USGA handicap, and prizes.
The Club also offers opportunities to play in singles and doubles match play and club championship ( gross score, net score and senior division). Other events include a "flight tournament" and a season long ringer event. One Saturday each month, May through September, there is a team competition followed by a catered lunch.
Phalen is a member of the Minnesota Women's Fold Association (MWPGA). The MWPGA offers five tournaments throughout the golf season. The tournaments alternate between MWPGA member courses both locally and out of state.
